Stuff and Nonsense!
By Alistair Grant
& Stuart Mugridge.

On the top floor of the flatted factory of the former Science & Industry Museum and Elkington Works at 144 Newhall Street is a mysterious archival installation.

Rummage by torchlight through the darkness of our unwritten history exploring stuff and nonsense in a series of 'Posterity Cabinets' or delve into the 'Chaotic Cluster' of an absurdist database.

View a short film called 'Museum' by Ravi Deepres evoking the site's history.

Events will take place from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th June 2007 at 144 Newhall Street, Birmingham. Doors open at 11am and close at 5pm.

Entry is free and refreshments will be available but please note due to the derelict nature of the site access for prams and wheelchairs is restricted. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
